AI-generated sample photos
These images were made with an AI image model to show the look and finish of the work we deliver. They are samples, not client projects, and the screens in them show made-up tools and no real data.

About these samples. The photos above were made with an AI image model, and the boards below were drawn for this website with placeholder records. We don't publish client work or client data without written permission, and every sample on this site is labeled.
Concept status boards
Each board below is generated from a short list of records. The count on each column, the flagged total at the top and the colored bar underneath are all worked out from those records, the same way a real tracker keeps its own totals. Amber marks a card that needs attention: late, low, rush or on hold.

How to read them
The six boards cover the kinds of tools we build most: job tracking for a roofing crew, HVAC service tickets and a cleaning schedule; order tracking for a print shop; stock levels for a wholesale bakery; and an equipment checkout log. They share one layout on purpose. A board is a simple idea: stages across the top, one card per record, and a flag for anything that needs a person to act. What changes from business to business is the stages, the fields on each card and the rules about who can move what.
From concept to working tool
For a real project, a board like this is one of the first things we show you, filled with sample records shaped like your own. You click through it, rename the stages, add the field you'd miss, and only then do we build the rest.
